With T Philip Rathan Sukumar, CPIS Chaplaincy department initiated and led the Health and Temperance Contest 2019 last May 17 and 19 in the CPIS auditorium. The contests included posters and speeches. Numerous students joined the competition to the point that the competition could not be finished in one scheduled sitting.
With four categories of the participants, the poster contest and speech contest were won by the following teams and students:
Serving as competition judges were T Russ, T Sherwin, and Pastor Reben Huilar who is the father of two CPIS students and TAM Central Zone 2 supervisor. The chaplaincy department thanked all teachers and the administration for their all-out support to have a successful program. Moreover, he said, “I thank God for turning this program to be a successful event. Indeed it was a blessing to all the participants and students, creating a health awareness to CPIS family.”
