The Red House emerged as the overall winner of the CPIS Sports Days 2019 which was held last November 13-15, 2019. The Yellow House was the closest team competing with the Red House. On the last day, the awarding ceremony, flavored with trophies and medals, was graced and led by Dr. Phakdee Mangmiwatthana, CPIS school director and Dr. Adelino Libato, academic principal with T Lenie and T Shane as teacher representatives.

The most valuable players and defensive players were also given recognition. The team leaders of the four houses were as follows: Green- Daks; Blue- Bisma; Red- Oak; and Yellow- Ayush. Daks and Maxene were awarded as the MVP for the basketball games while Pangpond and Jasmine got the Most Defensive Players awards. The Futsal MVP went to Oak while the Water Polo award was given to Floak.
Furthermore, the Elementary Sports Days 2019 overall winners as reported by the section head, T Juby, were as follows:
Overall Champion/ 1st Place: Blue Team-1450 points
2nd place: Red Team-1400 points
3rd place: Yellow Team-1370 points
4th place: Green Team-1320 points
The Sports Committee and teachers expressed appreciation to all the House Leaders and student members for their sportsmanship and for exerting their best efforts. All had demonstrated self-discipline and patience. At the opening of the Sports Days, Dr. Libato elaborated the acronym “SHAPE” to remind all to be on guard as regards the purpose of the Sports Days. “SHAPE” stands for Safety & Synergy; Health & Happiness; Attitude & Acceptance; Power & Physical Fitness; and Excellence & Engagement.
