CPIS and MGs Induct 2020 Adventurers and Pathfinders
The CPIS Adventurer/Pathfinder Club held its Induction Ceremony last September 11, 2020 from 2:00-3:20 pm in the CPIS auditorium.
The program was graced by the presence of MG/Pastor Cris Tawmonggood, who now heads the Youth Department and many other departments in the Thaiand Adventist Mission of the Seventh-Day Adventists. As the speaker, MG Cris inspired the club members to be true to the pledge and law in serving God and humanity as well as following the Greatest Masterguide.
After the colors had marched in during the processional, the following MGs, adventurers and pathfinders rendered their parts as follows: Adventurer Law: E’to (G4); Adventurer Pledge: Jaron (G5); Adventurer Song: Yannie and Nene (G5); Pathfinder Pledge: Chongmin (G8); Pathfinder Law: Cherry (G8); Pathfinder Song: Nai (G8) and Nadie (7); Opening Prayer: T. Marn; Welcome Remarks: Dr. Adelino T. Libato; Special Number: Selected Adventurers and Pathfinders; Introduction to the Guest Speaker: T. Sherwin; and Message: MG Cris Tawmonggood (Youth Director, Thailand Adventist Mission)
The Induction Proper transpired with the following sequence:
- Call for the candidates for induction: T. Sherwin and T. Sam (Pathfinder Directors)
- Donning of Neckerchief: Teachers, Adventurers, and Pathfinders
- Lighting of Adventurer and Pathfinder Light: Adventurers, and Pathfinders
- Acceptance of Candidates to vow to live by the Pathfinder Pledge and Law: MG Cris Tawmonggood
- Prayer of Consecration: MG Cris Tawmonggood
Appreciation was expressed MG Cris by T Sherwin and T Juby, the head of the elementary section. The success of the program was due to the hard work and collaboration of the elementary teachers and middle school teachers. Someone had commented that “It was indeed one of the most well participated induction ceremonies on campus.”
